Background
The post-holder will lead day to day on the relevant legislative, regulatory and compliance requirements relating to the quality and standards of the university’s educational provision. The post-holder will provide assurance to the university regards maintaining adherence to the Office for Students’ (OfS) regulatory framework in relation to academic quality and standards and consumer protection. The post-holder will also work with colleagues to ensure the university’s education provision adheres to its internal regulatory framework.
Responsibilities
The post-holder will oversee training and guidance to relevant staff, advise on the development of policies and procedures and manage issues arising from regulatory requirements. This will include a focus on shifting to more data driven assurance processes that align with our regulators’ frameworks.
The post-holder will also support the wider operation of the quality function at City St George's.
