About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a friendly team, in a busy but supportive environment, playing a meaningful part in the journey of our medical students from undergraduates to junior doctors.

The Education Support Team provides core and critical operational support for clinical and academic teaching activity for students in all five years of the BMBS Medicine programme in Devon.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the development and delivery of the clinical teaching and exams within the BMBS programme working flexibly both as part of a team and independently with confidence and reliability. BMBS is not a traditional modular curriculum, we work collaboratively with a wide range of NHS partners across Devon to deliver this flagship programme. Medicine is a fast-moving and ever-changing environment so being comfortable with continuous change and adopting a commitment to ongoing professional development is important within this team.

About You
We are looking for a confident individual with excellent organisational, IT and communication skills, as well as someone who is capable of working independently to deliver complex events. The role carries responsibility for the organisation of academic teaching sessions and recent administration experience is essential.

We require an individual with experience working in an administrative environment, advanced proficiency in Excel with strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management. You will have experience of working collaboratively and proactively in a team to deliver multiple objectives and high service standards.

You will be looking to challenge yourself in a busy environment as part of a committed programme team. You will bring excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and a proven ability to multitask.
