About the Role
As a key member of the Education, Quality and Student Experience Team you will support the school’s education management in both quality and experience. You will play a key role in coordinating and organising the education activities that support the complete student journey form enrolment, registration to graduation. You will ensure that students queries are answered accurately and triaged as appropriate.
About You
You will have excellent organisational skills, you will demonstrate a good use of initiative & have the ability to multi-task and prioritise a high workload. Attention to detail and good administrative record keeping are essential.
About the School
The School of Society and Environment at Queen Mary University of London is made up of three academic departments, History, Geography, and Politics & International Relations. The school has been newly formed and has circa 150 academic staff. It is home to a highly diverse cohort of students and offers a broad-ranging and methodologically plural curriculum in all three academic departments.

The post is based at the Mile End Campus. It is a full time permanent. The starting salary will be Grade 3, in the range of £33,263 - 40,015 per annum inclusive of London Allowance.
