Opportunity Overview
The University of Salford’s Library, Careers & Enterprise team is seeking a Project Archivist to catalogue the newly donated Professor Terry Eagleton Archive. This significant collection offers exciting opportunities for teaching, learning, and research. We’re looking for an archivist to catalogue the material and take a pragmatic approach to project delivery. You’ll understand what makes items suitable for digitisation and appreciate its role in widening access and engagement. Proactive with strong communication and relationship-building skills, you’ll explore ways to share archival content for research, education, and public engagement.
