Department of Medicine
Join a collaborative HR team at the heart of world-class medical research. The Department of Medicine is the largest department in the School of Clinical Medicine, supporting over 550 staff and students who deliver cutting-edge science and clinical innovation.
We're looking for an organised and proactive HR professional who enjoys working with people and solving problems. In this varied role, you'll provide friendly, accurate HR support across recruitment, payroll, and staff welfare. Reporting directly to the Department's Senior HR Coordinator, you will work in a team of five HR professionals. You will directly manage one team member, support their development, working together with the wider team to deliver outstanding service.
You'll work closely with colleagues across the Department and the wider University, building strong relationships and ensuring processes run smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your HR expertise and leadership skills in a supportive, dynamic environment.
