About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of a busy and ambitious department. This is a varied, fast-paced position at the heart of departmental operations, providing support across research, finance, HR, facilities, governance and projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and getting things done.

About You
You will be a highly organised and solutions-focused professional with experience of line management or team leadership and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services. Comfortable working in a complex environment, you will be able to manage competing priorities, analyse issues, develop practical solutions and build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Most importantly, you will be proactive, adaptable and able to work with considerable autonomy, taking ownership of challenges and driving improvements while working collaboratively as part of a team.
