The role
We are seeking a dynamic Dental Nurse Tutor Assistant to join our team at Bristol Dental School. We are a city centre state-of-the-art site located at 1 Trinity Quay, Avon Street, Bristol, delivering a new operating model for dental education since opening Summer 2023.
Join us in shaping the future of dental education at Bristol Dental School! In this brand-new position, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and assessment, while helping to design innovative learning materials that inspire the next generation of dental nurses.
You’ll work closely with the Clinical Dental Nurse Tutor to support trainees in their clinical training, ensuring they thrive and progress. Beyond the classroom, you’ll represent the School at recruitment events, connect with schools and community groups, and help select future students through interview processes.
This is a hands-on role where your clinical presence will make a real difference guiding students, promoting equality and inclusion, and offering pastoral support. You will also take responsibility for specific areas of administration related to the programme and contribute to important discussions at progress meetings and Examination Boards, giving you a voice in shaping student success.
