Kellogg College, Oxford University’s largest graduate college is seeking an inspiring and professional Junior Pastry Sous Chef who will play a role in overseeing the operation of the kitchen and ensuring that food is prepared to a high standard.
The Role
The Junior Sous Chef will lead by example, providing inspiration and motivation to the team, whilst demonstrating high degrees of skill in food preparation and presentation of a consistently high standard and quality, with a particular emphasis on desserts and sweets. You will help to manage and monitor food deliveries, ensuring receipt and storage of all food.
