CONTRACT: Full-Time (Basic 75 hours worked over 2 weeks - 37.5 contracted hours per week).

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual with a background in managing small teams within a similar hospitality environment. You will be a self-motivated professional who thrives both in guiding others and working collaboratively as part of a service-focused team.

In this role, you will be committed to delivering an exceptional level of service to our College Members and external clients.

Duties

  • Ensuring all food and drinks are served to highest standard at all functions including cafeteria, fine dining, commercial and formal college events
  • Providing management support to the Manciple and Deputy Manciple and deputise in their absence
  • Assisting in managing Food & Beverage Assistants, Food and Beverage Supervisors and Casual Waiting Staff to ensuring highest standards of performance
  • Assisting with managing manpower planning requirements in order to ensure a satisfactory service levels, in an efficient and cost-effective manner

Supervisory experience in hospitality and/or college environment is essential.

Good previous work references are essential.
