About the Role
This role has responsibility for ensuring the practical and operational requirements of the University are implemented and aligned to current strategy across Professional Services and Schools.
The post holder will be accountable for the day to day operations across all campuses, supporting the Director of Campus Operations in incident response and business continuity as well as the wider Campus Operations teams: Events & Hospitality, Retail, Security & Community Liaison and ASK NTU.
Working collaboratively with Schools and Professional Services to deliver a secure positive student experience and establish and embed exceptional standards of delivery and customer service.
