We are recruiting to the role of Head of Business Development (Apprenticeships & Technical Education) to play a leading role in our business development.
The Role
This role is ideal for a commercially driven leader who thrives in a target-led environment, enjoys building new functions and employer partnerships from the ground up, and is confident operating across both strategic and operational levels. The successful candidate will lead employer acquisition and business development activity across the portfolio, working closely with academic and professional services teams to translate employer demand into sustainable enrolments and revenue growth.

You should have a Proven track record of delivering revenue growth in a B2B or education context. You will have strong employer engagement and stakeholder management skills as well as commercial acumen and ability to translate demand into viable opportunities. Experience working across complex organisations with academic teams is essential.
