The Role
The role requires experience delivering student recruitment or outreach activity within a further or higher education context, with a focus on engaging young people and enabling informed decision-making about progression to university. The post holder will plan and deliver recruitment activity across the UK to increase applications and enrolments across further education, undergraduate and postgraduate study, using strong communication, organisational and relationship-management skills.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will have experience working within a UK further or higher education setting and a working knowledge of student recruitment and admissions processes, including UCAS. They will have experience engaging with young people and be confident representing the University to prospective students, teachers, advisers and partners.
They will be organised, adaptable and comfortable working with data and CRM systems. Experience of delivering events, presentations or outreach activity will be valuable, alongside alignment with Ravensbourne’s values of dynamism, inclusion, professionalism and collaboration.
