About us:
King's Business School (KBS) is a triple-accredited business school in the heart of London.
We rank amongst the top 10 business schools in the UK for research, based on the Research Excellence Framework 2021 and for business and management education.
Over 3,000 students and 300 staff from more than 150 countries each year come together at King’s Business School, making us one of the largest business schools in the UK.
At King’s Business School we equip the leaders of today and tomorrow to shape a more resilient and equitable business world for society.
About the role:
We are seeking to recruit a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team and oversee all quality assurance processes within the faculty.
The role holder will work with professional services and academic colleagues to ensure compliance with King’s frameworks and external regulatory requirements. They will manage the annual quality cycle, curriculum reviews, and programme approval processes - driving continuous enhancement of the student experience and supporting delivery of the College Education Strategy.
This is an exciting role with responsibility for leading the implementation of new systems and processes, including the transition to the College’s curriculum management system (CourseLoop), and acting as the primary liaison with central teams on quality assurance matters. They will provide expert advice to academic and professional services colleagues and represent the faculty at key committees and working groups.
This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong leadership, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to anticipate and resolve risks proactively. We are looking for a candidate with deep knowledge of higher education quality assurance, proven experience in managing high-performing teams, and the confidence to influence and implement change across a complex organisation.
King’s Business School operates a hybrid working policy and you will be expected to spend a minimum of two working days per week on campus.
This is a full time post and you will be offered an indefinite contract.
