Are you an organised, confident communicator with a passion for building strong stakeholder relationships?
We’re looking for a Stakeholder Engagement Officer to play a key role in supporting and managing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders connected to Leeds Beckett University. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of stakeholder engagement, partnership activity and events delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This role sits within the Stakeholder and Events team, where you will work closely with colleagues across the university to support the planning and delivery of partnership activity, stakeholder engagement initiatives, marketing and communications, and a varied programme of events. You will help ensure that key stakeholders including partners, civic leaders, industry contacts and internal teams are engaged effectively and receive a high-quality experience when working with the university.
You will contribute to the coordination and delivery of activity, events, support stakeholder communications, and help manage day-to-day engagement activity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will be responsible for producing clear, professional communications and representing the university confidently when working with stakeholders.
This is a hands-on role in a busy and supportive team, requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working to deadlines and responding flexibly to changing priorities, while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.
At Leeds Beckett, we value diverse perspectives, offer generous annual leave and strong support for professional development. Join a team committed to building meaningful partnerships, delivering impactful events and strengthening the university’s connections locally, regionally and nationally.
