We have a great opportunity to join our School of Veterinary Medicine, based within the University of Surrey, in our state-of-the art teaching and research facilities.

The role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated part-time Laboratory Technician (0.5 FTE / 18 hours per week) to support the effective and safe day-to-day operation of the Histopathology Laboratory. The post holder will be responsible for maintaining laboratory equipment, supporting histology processes, and ensuring the safe handling and disposal of chemicals and solvents in line with health and safety requirements. The role also involves providing technical support to staff, researchers, and students, under the direction of the Senior Laboratory Technician.
