We have a sprawling estate across 50 acres, 3 sites and over 80 different buildings, ranging from new builds, to grade 1 listed buildings from the 1800’s with lots of green spaces. The central estates team is crucial to the ongoing utilization and upkeep of the estate we are rightly proud of.
The Role
We’re recruiting an Estates Maintenance Technician to join our customer‑focused maintenance team within Estates & Campus Services. This is an exciting time to join as we support the University’s strategy and ensure a safe, reliable and comfortable campus for students and staff and shortly embark on our estates masterplan to revive our estate.
