This transformation will impact academic, professional services and operational communities across the University, spanning both finance and non-finance roles.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive the programme's change and engagement strategy, with a strong focus on the people side of transformation. The role is responsible for shaping and delivering the overall change strategy, developing coordinated plans for communication, engagement, training and readiness, and ensuring staff across the University understand, prepare for and adopt new systems, processes and data structures.

You will work closely with programme leadership and stakeholders across Schools, Departments and UAS/non-school institutions to assess change impacts, analyse stakeholder needs, manage risks and challenges, champion user experience and maintain strong relationships. You will bring significant experience leading organisational change within complex, multi stakeholder environments, ideally involving large scale system implementations or finance transformation. You will have strong expertise in change management methodologies, excellent communication and relationship building skills, and the ability to influence and engage staff at all levels. Experience with ERP implementations, particularly Oracle, would be advantageous. A collaborative, people-centred approach and the ability to navigate a diverse academic community will be key to your success.
