The Role
As a Placements, Internships and Data Officer, you will work as part of a dedicated student-facing team to improve graduate outcomes by delivering activities and providing support to enhance the career development of Roehampton students and graduates.
This role will support the Placements and Internships team by ensuring that processes, procedures, and reporting are accurate and efficient. The post holder will play a key role in upholding high standards of practice and administration, contributing to the smooth running of operations and ensuring all placements are fully compliant with UKVI regulations.
The position also involves close collaboration with the Head of Placements and Internships and the Head of Careers to ensure that progress toward targets is effectively tracked, reported, and communicated across teams. This aspect of the role requires a good level of proficiency in Excel, as it involves regular data manipulation, analysis, and the preparation of clear, accurate reports to be presented to senior leadership.
We have an ambitious strategy to ensure that an increasing number of students have access to placements or work-based learning opportunities. All undergraduate programmes now have the option of an integrated placement year with many postgraduate programmes also offering placement options.
