This is a full-time, permanent post. The Student Support Coordinator provides non‑academic, student‑facing support through case management, conduct processes, and emergency‑response readiness for a large student community. They identify trends, coordinate care, support community standards, and collaborate with colleagues across NYU London to improve wellbeing, safety, and student outcomes. The role also contributes to operational readiness, training, and cross‑department support during peak periods and key student‑life events.

Student Support & Case Management – 50%

  • Provide individualised support through case management, conduct processes, and emergency‑response readiness, ensuring timely outreach, referrals, documentation, and follow‑up for Students of Concern while supporting restorative practices.
  • Identify trends using conduct and incident data, implement proactive and preventative wellbeing initiatives, and collaborate across Student Life, Academic Affairs, and other responders to strengthen community standards and student outcomes.

Student Conduct, Systems & Operational Support – 50%

  • Oversee conduct case processing, emergency‑response training, cross‑campus coordination, and key reporting systems, ensuring consistent protocols, clear timelines, accurate records, and effective communication with students and staff.
  • Support operational needs across Student Life, contribute to transition‑support programming, assist during peak periods (arrivals, orientations, departures), and perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth departmental functioning.
