You will bring IT expertise, passion and a can-do attitude, and support the RDC team in delivering an efficient, effective and customer-focused service across the University.
The role also involves delivering an efficient, fair, consistent and transparent support to prospective and enrolled doctoral students, maximising application to enrolment, conversion and timely completion. The successful individual will also provide post-enrolment student support.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills, together with a positive, professional manner and have the ability to deal tactfully and confidently with people at all levels. Given the nature of the role, excellent attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to prioritise work effectively and to work to deadlines on your own initiative. You will have a breadth of experience across Microsoft Office applications.
