The Property and Campus Services department (PCS) of the University is looking to recruit a Space Planner to join the Space and Property Team.
Reporting to the Space Planning Manager in the newly formed Property & Space Management department within PCS, you will support optimising the efficiency and effectiveness of space across the estate through effective space planning. This includes acting as a liaison between the student community, faculties and professional services teams and PCS to provide direct assistance in co-designing and delivering space solutions.
You will undertake feasibility proposals and operational appraisals, develop layout drawings, model occupational data and be responsible for the management of devolved project budgets.
This is an exciting role for an individual who has suitable specialist experience working in space planning for a large organisation (HE or similar).
The post is advertised on a Permanent Contract basis, with requirement to work 35 hours per week and to be office based minimum 2 days per week.
