An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Development and Engagement Manager to join the Library and Learning Enhancement Division.
Key duties of the role include leading and coordinating cross‑divisional initiatives across the Library and Learning Enhancement division, with a particular focus on student-facing service development, user engagement, communications, and the management of digital presence and branding. The role will also include line management, overseeing user‑centred service design activity, and ensure project delivery in alignment with strategic priorities.
You will have a degree or equivalent professional experience in project management, communications or a related field, with proven experience of managing complex projects, working collaboratively across departments, and leading staff or teams. You will bring strong management, communication and analytical skills, knowledge of user experience and service design principles, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
This part-time (0.8 FTE) post is available immediately on an indefinite basis.
