Senior Client Relationship Officer

King’s Business School (KBS) has rapidly expanded since our creation in 2017 to become one or the largest and most innovative business schools in the UK. As part of this we have been expanding our executive education activities to engage with the business community locally and globally and share our leading, evidence-based business and management experiences with a professional audience. Based within a diverse and historic university, we are a in a unique position to draw on the vast breadth of expertise across King’s College London to provide interdisciplinary and innovative education and insights to executives and leaders across a wide range of organisations and sectors. 

This role is a Senior Client Relationship Officer within our Executive Education team. The role supports the Client Relationship Managers and works closely with colleagues across marketing, business development, external engagement and programme teams to promote KBS Executive Education to an external professional audience and achieve recruitment and financial targets on our open enrolment short courses and executive degree programmes. The post holder will have specific responsibility for participant recruitment on a designated set of programmes and support the overall commercial success of our executive education portfolio by generating new interest, prospecting and engaging with incoming leads, and executing sales activities.   

 

This is a full time post (35 hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract.

 

The post holder will be required to work occasional evenings (e.g. programme events) as required in order to fulfil the duties of the role. Flexible working will be given in order to facilitate this.
