An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Performance and Operations Manager to join the Norwich Business School at the University of East Anglia. We are looking for an inspiring people leader - someone who brings energy, clear vision, and a real passion for helping others grow. In this pivotal, new role, you’ll empower colleagues, nurture a collaborative and inclusive culture, and guide our Faculty Professional Services (FPS) Team to deliver high quality support.
Working as a trusted strategic partner to Head of School and Senior Leadership Team, you’ll play a key role in shaping our direction and driving meaningful organisational progress.
Aligned to the Director of FPS Operations, you will support the delivery of strategic Business Partnering and continuous improvement across the Faculty Professional Service, with occasional deputising responsibilities.
If you’re an experienced leader who enjoys motivating others, building strong relationships, and taking a business-partnering approach, you’ll find this a rewarding and fulfilling place to thrive. You must be able to meet all essential criteria as detailed in the person specification within the candidate brochure for the role.
Norwich Business School is entering an exciting period of growth as we progress toward Triple Crown Accreditation. With the student experience at the heart of everything we do, your leadership will ensure our operations remain responsive, people-centred, and aligned with our ambitions for excellence.
