About the Role
Our receptionists represent the University at some of Oxford’s most prominent buildings, providing a warm, professional, and efficient front-of-house service to staff, students, and visitors. With the introduction of our new Dynamic Reception Support service, you will play a key role in delivering essential reception cover across the University—stepping in where support is needed most.
This is a varied, fast-paced role requiring adaptability and confidence. From welcoming visitors and managing bookings to handling deliveries and supporting site safety, you will help ensure a seamless service that reflects Oxford University’s world-class standards.
