The role:
The Senior CRM Campaigns Officer will design data‑driven campaigns that inspire engagement and drive conversion, and work closely with recruitment, marketing, and digital teams. The candidate will tailor messaging to diverse audiences and deliver compelling, insight‑led content and journeys, analyse performance, optimise and put forward recommendations. The candidate will, also, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion CRM best practice across the university. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, collaborative CRM specialist to make a real impact on the student experience at LSBU.
