About us:

The King’s community is dedicated to the service of society. King’s Strategy 2030 sets out our vision for the future, ‘in service of society through academic excellence’.

King’s Careers & Employability is a transformative force in shaping lifelong success. Through inclusive, innovative, and personalised support we equip students, researchers, and alumni with the skills, confidence, and connections to thrive in a complex, interconnected world.

As the subject matter experts for careers and employability, we deliver comprehensive, inclusive, and proactive support through intentionally-designed campus-based, digital, and global initiatives. We collaborate with internal and external partners to build employability to equip students, researchers, and alumni with the knowledge, skills, resilience, and opportunities they need to cultivate meaningful lives and careers.

We are part of the Students & Education Directorate, a collection of wide-ranging professional services in place to support King’s students and their education. As a key member of the Extended Leadership Team, you will contribute to service-wide strategy, champion collaborative working, and ensure alignment with institutional priorities and the Careers & Employability Strategy.

This is a rewarding opportunity to implement employability strategy while making a tangible impact on students’ futures.

This is a full-time post (35 hours per week) and you will be offered an indefinite contract.
