Duties of the Role
We are seeking to recruit an Association of Family Therapy accredited family therapist to lead on the delivery of our systemic family therapy foundation and intermediate level training. The role holder would be responsible for curriculum development of the family therapy components of the doctoral program, as well as direct teaching delivery, assessment and trainee engagement.
The role will require management, administration and organisation alongside support of students on our existing programme and generally enhancing our systemic practice teaching and developing an intermediate level training in systemic practice to be accredited by AFT, within the Clinical Psychology programme.
Skills and qualifications required
The successful candidate will have professional experience or practice equivalent to relevant doctoral level research degree with specific leadership/management, be an Association of Family Therapy accredited systemic family therapist and have HCPC/NMC/BPS/SWE registration as Health and/or Care Practitioner.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience in providing evidence-based impactful service provision to a diverse group of individuals with a range of needs and experience of working with a health and/or social care caseload.
This a part time, fixed term role until 30 September 2027 for 14.4 hours per week.
