About the Role
The Student Recruitment and Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning and delivery of the student recruitment and marketing plans for the School of Engineering and Materials Science, and keeping stakeholders informed about progress. With the support of a Senior Marketing and Communications Officer, the post holder will work towards meeting student recruitment targets through delivery of open days, offer holder days, conversion events, paid advertising campaigns and other student recruitment-related activities.
About You
We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Marketing Manager who can hit the ground running as we look to meet ambitious student recruitment targets for September 2026 entry. Strong planning and organisational skills are a must. Stakeholder management and people skills are an important aspect of the role as you will be working with our central teams in external relations and the School, which is working hard to development an exciting portfolio of programmes at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. Using a data-orientated approach, the Student Recruitment and Marketing Manager is expected to identify opportunities and areas for improvement across the student journey, maximising both Schools' potential to increase student numbers.
