Responsibilities:
This role supports the Associate Deans for the MBA and MSc Programmes by providing high-level administrative and operational support, including managing and coordinating complex diaries, monitoring the AD’s email inbox, reviewing and drafting reports, note taking in meetings, and liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The role also encompasses budget management, attending and preparing for finance meetings. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role.
Person Specification:
The successful candidate will have significant experience in a varied administrative or PA/support role, with strong skills in MS Outlook, including managing multiple diaries, and a good working knowledge of Windows and Office packages, specifically MS Excel. You will be adept at minute taking, drafting correspondence, and developing and managing office systems for both electronic and manual filing. The role also requires experience liaising with senior management, managing complex expenses, and a good understanding of budget management.
