We are currently piloting a four-day working week which allows our colleagues to work 32 hours over 4 days week with no reduction in pay. The pilot is part of our ongoing efforts to create a positive and inclusive workplace that promotes work-life balance and allows our colleagues to thrive professionally and personally whilst maintaining our commitment to delivering high-quality service to all our students.

ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping postgraduate level nursing professionals by delivering high‑quality teaching, supervision and academic support to MSc students. You will design and facilitate engaging sessions that challenge students to think critically, apply research methods, and integrate advanced clinical and theoretical knowledge into practice. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the programme, you will contribute to curriculum development, simulation‑based learning, assessment design, and the enhancement of the overall student experience. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant postgraduate learning community and help develop the next generation of nursing leaders and innovators.
ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong academic or clinical background and a passion for supporting postgraduate learners. Confident in delivering complex concepts to MSc‑level students, you bring a reflective, research‑informed approach to teaching and are skilled at creating stimulating, discussion‑led and practice‑focused learning environments. You enjoy guiding students through advanced nursing theories, research methods, and professional practice, helping them develop the critical thinking and analytical skills needed at master’s level. Collaborative and student‑centred, you take pride in mentoring diverse learners, supporting their progression, and contributing to curriculum enhancement.
