Contracts Associate

As a member of the Contracts Team, you will play a key role in preparing, negotiating and executing contracts ensuring that the interests of the University are protected in relation to intellectual property, contract research, consultancy and technical services, thereby enabling significant commercialisation outcomes to be achieved.

About the person:

The successful candidate must have, and your application should clearly demonstrate that you meet the following essential criteria:

• An honours degree, preferably in law or related discipline.
• Relevant experience and expertise in successful contract preparation, negotiation and execution.
• Experience of successfully building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

This post is available until 30^th November 2028. Fixed term contract posts are available for the stated period in the first instance but in particular circumstances may be renewed or made permanent subject to availability of funding.
