As a valued colleague, you will be supported in both your personal and professional development, empowering you to thrive and reach your full potential.
The opportunity
As part of BU’s journey towards BU2035, we are accelerating digital transformation across the employee lifecycle. This role sits at the heart of that ambition.
Based within the Human Resources & Organisational Development Service, you will provide leadership and expertise across our core HR technology landscape — including iTrent, Eploy, and our developing Power BI analytics environment. You will lead the optimisation of system capability, champion automation and self-service, and steer business change that transforms how HR and the wider university work. As the HR systems owner, you will play an influential role across key committees, digital transformation projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring HR technologies evolve in line with institutional, sector and technological developments.
About you
