The Resources and Learning Consultant plays a key role in enhancing the career development and employability opportunities for over 2000 Bayes postgraduate students across 30 programmes, each with unique and dynamic requirements. With a specific remit for the design, delivery, and evaluation of high-quality, inclusive learning resources and career related intelligence in a visible / complex service, the post holder will have a strong influence on service excellence, student experience and employability outcomes. The role combines expertise in resources and systems management, data compliance, career related research, digital pedagogy, and effective use of employment market data, supporting impactful learning experiences and enabling Bayes postgraduate to make well informed career decisions.
