About the role
The Faculty of Science, Engineering, and Medicine is seeking three experienced and motivated administrators to take on key roles within our Education and Students Team. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a friendly, dynamic, and fast-paced team dedicated to delivering excellence in education and enhancing the student experience.
As our faculty is newly established and rapidly evolving, we’re looking for adaptable and proactive candidates who are excited about the chance to grow with us.
In these roles, you’ll support the day-to-day operations across a variety of courses and processes. Key responsibilities include handling staff and student inquiries, maintaining course and timetable information, and supporting examination and assessment activities. With three roles available, there is scope to match responsibilities to align with each candidate’s skills, interests, and career aspirations.
About you
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in administration, a knack for taking initiative, and excellent communication skills. An interest or qualification in a Science area is not a requirement for this post; we are a team with varied backgrounds, interests, education, and experiences. If you enjoy being part of a collaborative, busy team and are ready to adapt as we grow, we’d love to hear from you.
