About the role
You will lead the operational delivery of the ECT Programme, working closely with programme leaders and administrative staff to ensure its success.
You will oversee management systems and processes to support successful delivery. This includes leading the CEL Professional Services team, managing Delivery Partner administrative relationships, and contributing to the strategic development of the work.
You will coordinate and help to quality assure the work of our external associates, delivering on agreed projects and events, maintaining excellent relationships with Teaching School Hubs, other Delivery Partners, schools and other clients and working across the IOE to draw together and co- ordinate diverse teams.
You should be pro-active in your work and demonstrate excellent team leadership and programme management skills.

About you
You will have a first degree or equivalent professional experience along with experience leading teams and line managing staff to deliver programme outcomes.
You will also have experience managing large-scale or complex programmes with multiple stakeholders.
