Graduation Event Manager
The Courtauld is seeking an experienced Graduation Event Manager to lead the planning and delivery of our 2026 summer graduation ceremony. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver one of the institution’s most high‑profile events, working closely with colleagues across the organisation and with key external partners.
In this role, you will manage all aspects of the ceremony - from logistics, venue coordination and supplier management to communications, guest experience and VIP engagement. You’ll also oversee the event budget, maintain accurate student and ticketing data, and ensure smooth operational delivery on the day, including the rehearsal and associated graduation events.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone highly organised, calm under pressure, and confident managing multiple deadlines. You’ll bring at least two years experience delivering major events, strong communication and project management skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Experience in Higher Education or with Tessitura is welcomed but not essential.
