About the Role
Dr. Benjamin Werner from Barts Cancer Institute in London is seeking a post doc candidate to join his team at Queen Mary University of London to work on the evolutionary dynamics of clonal hematopoiesis in the elderly.
The position is funded for 10 months from a UKRI FLF grant and aims to implement AI based risk assessment models of clonal hematopoiesis utilizing evolutionary models of CH previously developed in our group.
About You
We are seeking quantitatively-minded researchers with a PhD in physics, mathematics, computer science, mathematical/computational biology, evolutionary theory or cancer genetics. This position is looking for a computational/theoretically minded person that works on AI models of clonal hematopoiesis risk assessments.
