Summary of the role
We are looking for a Student Experience Coordinator to support the Law School in delivering and enriching the student experience. This role involves working with academic and professional services colleagues across the Law School to develop and coordinate an annual programme of activity to support taught students, develop opportunities to enhance student experience, and support the delivery of a range of dynamic communications. You will also provide the first point of contact for a broad range of issues around student transition, mobility, progression and retention. The role requires close partnership working with a wide range of students and staff. The role is essential for helping the Law School resolve issues and realise opportunities in response to student feedback when they arise and contributes to the continual review/ improvement of the student experience, reporting on the impact of all student partnership activities, particularly in how it supports access and success for all students in the Law School.
