We are looking for a new team member to join the Discovery and Resourcing Team as a Library Assistant.
This post is based with the Content section, a busy and dynamic team that ensures our students, researchers and staff can access the library resources they need to learn, study, teach and thrive. We acquire and manage the library’s collections and the systems that connect people to them, with a strong focus on digital resources.
As a Library Assistant, you’ll be part of the team that supports reading lists and acquires course materials. Your day to day tasks could include:
You’ll work with colleagues and use library systems every day to ensure our collections remain accurate, accessible and easy for users to navigate.

This is a part-time, permanent position working 20hrs per week. Working pattern: Wednesday (7.5 hours), Thursday (7.5 hours), Friday (7 hours).
