We are looking for an individual with previous office experience to provide administrative support and deal with queries via email and phone for the three admissions team in the university.
Based with the UK admissions team, The role is to support the Admissions Managers, Senior Admissions Officers and Admissions Officers with administrative tasks relating to the processing of applications for undergraduate, postgraduate, PGCE and PHD programmes offered by St Mary’s University. You will also be the first point of contact for phone queries and standard email queries.
The role will offer this support for all three admissions teams, UK admissions, international admissions and School of Medicine admissions.
You will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and work under pressure. You will also be committed to providing a positive applicant experience.
The UK admissions team are based on the main St Mary’s campus in Twickenham and are currently all office based. The ability to work from home does exist but we would strongly prefer a candidate who is happy to work on campus the majority of the time.
