We are recruiting an ILR & End Point Assessment (EPA) Manager to join Roehampton Education Services Ltd (RESL), part of the University of Roehampton Group.
This role supports the University’s apprenticeship provision, including programmes delivered directly by the University and through partnerships with external training providers and employers.
We are looking for someone with strong experience managing apprenticeship ILR returns, funding compliance and End Point Assessment processes, who enjoys taking ownership of complex regulatory activity and ensuring systems and processes run smoothly.
The Role
This is a hands-on specialist role responsible for managing the regulatory start and end points of the apprenticeship lifecycle.
You will take operational ownership of apprentice onboarding compliance, monthly ILR submissions and End Point Assessment coordination, working closely with the Head of Apprenticeships to ensure the University’s provision remains compliant with funding rules and ready for audit or inspection.

You will have experience personally managing apprenticeship ILR returns and be comfortable working with funding rules, learner data and validation reporting. You will also have experience supporting gateway processes and coordinating End Point Assessment activity.
