As Operations Manager (Accreditations and Quality) you will be part of the School’s Professional Services Team and will be responsible for managing and overseeing a team delivering a portfolio of accreditation and Education and Student Experience related quality activity. Working closely with professional service and academic colleagues across the School, our other campuses in China and Malaysia, the Faculty and centrally, you will design, plan and manage a range of accreditation and quality activities, co-ordinating related governance and stakeholder management. 

Although you will work across a portfolio of quality topics, a key aspect of the role will be to provide professional management, support and expert advice in support of maintaining the School’s tri-campus triple crown accreditation.

This is a full-time (36.25 hours per week), permanent position available from Jan 2026, however, applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week).  Please specify in your application if you wish to work part-time and the number of preferred hours.
