We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Curriculum to join our exceptional Engineering and Motor Vehicle department at the Heart of Yorkshire Education Group!
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for effectively and positively leading a culture of strong performance and high engagement and an environment of continuous improvement amongst your teams and all colleagues.
Reporting to the Group Director of Adult Skills, the Group Head of Engineering will lead the growth and development of all Engineering and Motor Vehicle provision across the Group, including study programmes, adult skills, higher education and apprenticeships.
You will develop a high-quality curriculum offer across all levels and programme types and ensure meaningful progression routes for all learners which meet their needs and the needs of the region’s employers.
