This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
We are seeking an experienced Communications and Engagement Manager to support the delivery of the University of Leeds ambitious transformational change Corporate Systems and Processes (CPS) programme. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in delivering a large complex programme which is a key element of the One Leeds strategy.
You will work as part of a team to support stakeholder and audience identification, with a requirement to create robust communications plans, craft simple messaging and deliver communications campaigns to ensure the programme is widely understood and actively supported, across the University.
You will have proven experience in designing and leading stakeholder engagement, campaign delivery, and communications. You will have strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, with experience of being able to prioritise competing demands accordingly. You will also have experience in planning and executing events, both in-person and online.
Corporate Processes and Systems (CPS) programme is a key commitment in the One Leeds Mid-term Strategy Review. It will deliver new modern systems and simplified, standardised processes across our finance, procurement and people & culture activity, and enable greater collaboration across the organisation. For our colleagues, they can expect to enjoy simpler processes, better data/information and less manual processing of routine tasks.
