Are you experienced in the development and delivery of clinical assessments (Objectively Structured Clinical Examinations – OSCEs)? Are you in current clinical practice? Do you have experience of deliver high quality teaching and assessment in a variety of settings, developing critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills in students? If so, we’d love an application from you.
We are seeking an inspirational educator and role model to lead the development and delivery of clinical assessments (Objectively Structured Clinical Examinations – OSCEs) and, alongside other colleagues, oversee and provide academic support to those students who struggle to pass assessments, or who are returning from interruption.
The role will involve working on the campus sites of both the partner universities in Canterbury and Medway and conducting extensive liaison work with placement providers based across Kent and Medway.
The salary will be benchmarked pro rata to the NHS pay scale appropriate to the successful candidate’s clinical discipline and level in clinical practice.
