We have an exciting opportunity for a Registry Team Leader - Apprenticeships Data and Operations to join the Centre for Apprenticeships, Work-based Learning and Skills. You will lead the central apprenticeships data and operations function, ensuring robust operations and regulatory compliance across the University’s apprenticeships provision.
You will be accountable for the accuracy, quality and timeliness of all apprenticeship data, including statutory returns, funding reconciliation and performance reporting. You will ensure full compliance with The Department for Education (DfE) funding rules, DfE requirements and the Apprenticeship Accountability Framework, supporting high-quality delivery across the entire apprentice lifecycle.
We are seeking an individual with strong attention to detail and the confidence to lead complex compliance activity. You will provide clear operational direction, line manage the central apprenticeships team, and work collaboratively with academic and professional services colleagues to ensure processes and data flows support the effective delivery of our apprenticeships and skills provision.
You will bring significant experience of apprenticeship data management, Individualised Learner Record (ILR) submissions and audit activity, with a proven ability to support DfE audits. Your role will be central to maintaining institutional confidence in apprenticeship performance and funding assurance.
We offer an excellent employment package, including hybrid working, blending a mix of remote and on-campus working (dependent on work duties).
