About the role
This role is eligible for the Campus Services New Starter Bonus* (£1,000) and Campus Services Refer a Friend bonus.
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Hospitality Manager to oversee front-of-house operations in a high-volume environment. You will manage daily operations, maintain excellent customer service standards, develop and support your team, and ensure compliance with university policies, health & safety, licensing, and food safety regulations.
About you
You are an experienced front-of-house manager with strong leadership and team development skills. You are customer-focused, highly organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility is important and the role includes early morning, evening and weekend working on a 5 out of 7 days per week contract (36.5 hours per week).
