About the Role
The Warwick Law School seeks to appoint two permanent Assistant Professors from 1st September 2026 to join our vibrant and supportive team.
The successful candidates will be expected to contribute on a lasting basis to one or more of the School's foundation modules (Criminal Law; Tort Law; Understanding Law in Context; Constitutional & Administrative Law related modules; Contract Law; Property Law).

About You
The successful candidate will have experience and expertise to be able to contribute to undergraduate teaching in the areas specified above, and that this can be achieved contextually in relation to current and evolving research. There may also be the opportunity to teach postgraduates.
If the above areas are additional to a candidate’s preferred subject areas, they will be supported in other subjects, and the chosen candidate will be expected to undertake high-quality research and teaching. The successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to student experience and academic governance of the School.
The selection of candidates will be based on candidates’ experience and fit to the criteria detailed in the person specification.
