The Role
We have reimagined the way we deliver our University IT Services, building a world-class IT department responsive to the needs of our global community. We’re growing significantly and we’ve created new opportunities and made changes to how we work. Our people have been at the centre of this change, with a particular focus on development and opportunities to learn new skills.

An exciting opportunity within the dynamic and ever-evolving IT Service awaits the right candidate. We are keen to hear from candidates who are adept at delivering high quality business analysis activities within the scope of technology initiatives, through effective facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills. To be successful in this role you will be able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from all parts of the University, using effective and adaptable communication styles. You should have demonstrable experience in eliciting, analysing and managing business requirements in both Waterfall and Agile technology initiatives, along with confidence in your approach to apply process analysis, design and improvement standards and methods to solve business problems.
